Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 21st September, 2025

1. Dine-In Reservations

Deposits / Prepayments: Any deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before your booking.

Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Cancelling with less than 24 hours’ notice, or not showing up, may result in loss of the deposit or a small fee.

2. Phone Orders & Take-Out

If you place an order by phone and there’s a mistake with the meal (wrong item, missing item, or quality concern), call us within 2 hours of pickup.

We will offer a replacement meal or a refund to the original payment method after reviewing the issue.

3. Third-Party Delivery Apps (Glovo)

Orders placed through Glovo or other delivery apps are covered by the app’s own refund and cancellation policies.

Please report any problems directly through the app so they can process the refund or credit.

If the problem is clearly on our side (e.g., incorrect meal preparation), we’ll work with the delivery platform to resolve it quickly.

4. Events & Catering

Private dining or catering may have a separate agreement. Those terms will apply if they differ from this policy.

5. Refund Timing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card provider.
